Acceptance

We reserve the right to implement safeguards against problem gambling, which may include but is not limited to time-outs, self-exclusion tools or referring Users who may be at risk of developing a gaming disorder to support organizations.
Termination Of Services
The Casino reserves the right to terminate your account and deny you access to our Gaming Activities if we determine that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to non-payment of debts owed to us or engaging in dishonest conduct.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Monaco (or such other jurisdiction as may be applicable) without giving effect to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce's (ICC) rules.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your participation in our Gaming Activities, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Language Dispute Resolution
In case there is a dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through normal means, we will provide you with translations into English to help resolve such disputes as fairly as possible in accordance with applicable law.
